  Are you a widow or widower? Do you ever feel isolated? Do you feel like no one knows what you are going through? Do you dread going to church and social events alone? Do you need help with the “everyday” things? Could you use some encouragement? How about a Restart?

Speak up – when it hurts, talk to anyone who is willing to listen

Trust – never stop trusting God in your loss

Act – always continue moving in the stage play called “life”

Rejoice – remember that you never really loose when you are connected to God
